The city is blessed in its proximity to multiple fresh water sources including the Shin, Gojo, and Shonai rivers, and its natural beauty is enjoyable year-round.
The city also benefits from the region's convenient transportation infrastructure, which includes extensive rail (JR Tokaido Main Line; Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line, Inuyama Line, and Tsushima Line; Tokai Transport Service Company Johoku Line) and road (Higashimeihan Expressway and national routes 22 and 302) networks that link Kiyosu with other area cities.
